Title: SantaFe Gray Water
Post by: MtnCamper on Sep 28, 2003, 07:05 PM
Here s how I made my water containment. Click on the attachment below to see it. It s just a 3/4NPT to 5/8 hose nipple. Screw it in place of the little faucet, and push a short length of hose over it. Open the vent on the aquatainer and your set. Total cost $1.29, and 4 inches of hose!

I don t think $129 is a good deal for what you have.  Are you sure about the price?[:D]

MtnCamperI have a similar set up for my Santa Fe but just built one with a vent in it by using a hose 2-way splitter.  I ll try that out in a couple of weeks and see if the sink drains quicker.

MtnCamperOn our palimino I did the same thing except instead of using a 90   i used a Tee with a piece of pipe going up that was higher then the top of the  sink so it would have a vent and it made a big didderance in draining.
