SkipPSkip,
Those are some of the best I have seen.
When I extended my outside stove counter, I actually thought of changing the direction like you did but was afraid of set up on ground that was not level. You solved that with the crutch.
I also like the hanging shelves. I may look into doing that one. What are you using to hang them from the door track?
SkipPSkip, Nice job on ALL your mods. They all look like they were done professionally and will last a long time. And who said your mods weren t up to guru status? I think they are.
SkipPGreat ideas - wish I was clever. Really liked the shelves over the sink.
SkipPI want the drawers slides.
SkipPGreat job!
What did you use for the awning pole holders?
SkipPgreat job! I bet those drawer slides are really nice!
You are now a guru!
Larry
SkipPThanks, guy s![:D]
Tim the brackets holding up the shelf are nothing more than thin pieces of scrap metal that I had laying around. I bent a lip near the end at about a 60 degree angle (a guess).....just enough to keep it from slipping out. The weight of the shelves help keep it in place. One other thing, I put a small screw into each door track near the end to keep the brackets from slipping out the back.
The awning pole holders are simply broom holders. Got them at Lowes in the shelving/storage area. I bought a flat piece of aluminum and attached the strips to the underside of the storage compartment with screws....then attached the broom holders to the flat bar.
