Title: Hanging rack for outside of camper....
Post by: JemJen24 on Sep 28, 2003, 07:05 PM
I have seen several people who made haning racks for the outside of their camper (to go underneath the bunk end) where you can place shoes and other items.

I especially liked the one that Buffi and Bruce Robinson had.

Can someone email me pic s of this mod and how to do it instructions.  With your permission, I d like to include this info on my website.

JemJen24Here s the shelves we hang under our king sized bunkend:  http://community.webshots.com/photo/39587888/39588063KmtFPS

It is held in place with 12"  chains hooked to screw eyes that go into the bunkend wood.  If you do this be sure that the screw eyes will slide in without snagging on anything when you push in the bunkend and be sure not to go too far into the wood or you ll have a point under your mattress.  Works great for us.  Holds a bag of charcoal, all the dog stuff, towels and other stuff.
