I thought I would give you some valuable information. I recently installed Norton Personal Firewall 2003. After doing so I was unable to post to the message board. I just got the screen that told me what I might do to solve the problem. The information provided is for Norton Personal Firewall 2002. The new version has changed. Here is the step by step instructions for the 2003 version.
1. Click on the options button and select Personal Firewall
2. Select the Web Content tab
3. At the bottom of the window click Add Site and enter www.popuptimes.com
4. Select www.popuptimes.com from the list you just added it to
5. Under the Global Settings tab uncheck the box beside Information About Visited Sites
6. Make sure that Permit is selected
7. Click Ok to close
I hope this will help someone in the future if they have the same problem that I had.
