Title: Campfire ban got you down?
Post by: topcat7736 on Sep 28, 2003, 07:05 PM
We just got back from the yearly RV show in Edison. Walked in to a Fleetwood 5th wheel to see what was new and almost passed out. One wall was an entertainment center setup with big screen tv, stereo system and a FIREPLACE with glowing fire! Now, that s what we need for the popup!

Looks real, has adjustable " flame" , but is totally electric and can be had with/without with a 1440 watt (4500 btu) heater option! Click [link=http://www.majesticproducts.com/product_frm.html]HERE[/link] for the main site, then select quick jump and move to HE32EF under electric inserts.

Just get one of those bathroom stands (which expand floor to ceiling) and drop one of these babies on a shelf. No more crying over fire bans! Now, where s Peggy s credit card?? [:o][;)][:(]

topcat7736I saw one like that last fall. In fact, they had the fifth wheel switched around so that the upper part was the living area and bedroom was in the back.

I ve seen portable electric fireplaces at Lowes. Wouldn t that look unique in a PU!

topcat7736I saw this at the Columbus, Ohio RV show. It is pretty neat. Not sure why a fire inside your RV is needed when camping though. I guess it is for those rainy nights or something like that.
