Title: NEW FORUM
Post by: Used 2B PopUPTimes on Sep 28, 2003, 07:05 PM
We think it s important for owners and prospects to get accurate information about pop up campers.  Here s your chance to get answers to questions about features, maintenance, options and/or operation, make constructive comments, and learn more about RV products.

We asked the pop up makers if they d like their own temporary forum and Viking RV quickly jumped at the opportunity. On February 10th we re going to open a new forum called VIKING RV so start thinking up your questions now.

This is a free service that Pop UP Times is making available to our members and any RV maker who to take advantage of this opportunity. We ll continue to provide it as long as it proves to be constructive and not abused.

popuptimesWow... way to go Viking! I appreciate your interest in our feedback, and your apparent concern for distributing accurate information to us, your clientele. Thank you, that s a big step, and the first I ve seen on ANY forum. Let s hope the other manufacturers follow your lead.

popuptimesI think this is an outstanding opportunity to ask questions about Viking popups, but also (if they re willing!) to give us some insight on the popup industry in general. Thank you, PopUPTimes for providing us this resource and thank you Viking for volunteering to field questions. Hopefully it will remain constructive for a long time.

popuptimesI was at the RV show in Greensboro, NC January 11. And the dealer where I purchased my VIKING camper had 3 of the Viking s set up, 8,10,12 ft boxes and had a factory rep there to answer questions about the Vikings. Now this !!! Way to go VIKING.[:D][:D]
I liked the way the Vikings were set up. All had the whole front section of tenting removed so you could look inside without walking inside if you chose not too.
Colfax RV was the dealer. They have been most helpful to me and my family with our Viking.

popuptimesOur first trailer (four years ago) was a Viking.  It was about 25 years old.  We used it to see if we liked this pop-up camping thing for about two seasons.  We gave it to a family with three kids when we upgraded to a newer model.  They used it a season and upgraded to a hard-sided trailer, and passed it onto a family with four kids.  This trailer is just making the rounds, but it s still popping up!  I really liked the floor plan of that trailer and the " nook and cranny"  spots to stuff Kleenex boxes, trash bags, etc.  It was a very solid trailer.

Thank you Viking, for taking your time with us PUT ers[:)]

popuptimesAs Dave stated, Viking RV will be moderating their own forum and answering questions.  The forum is now open for questions.

popuptimesThis says quite a bit about Viking s commitment to customer service and the PUT staff for being proactive in helping their members.   Good job.
