One of the new features of the new board is a listing of the active users on line (down at the bottom of the home page).
As many people may not have noticed it, I just wanted to point it out.
Should you decide you do not want others to see that you are on line, go to your user control panel. Under options select "Invisible Mode? Yes"
I have notices many peoople are set up as invisible so it may have been a default setting to be invisible.
Well, I see where it says active users online, but I never see any names of any active users. Does that mean that I'm the only one on at the time? What do I do so that I can see who's on?

Seems the only time I see names is when I go to the home page. It doesn't show up anywhere else:confused: . Maybe it's not supposed to.
I did notice it the very first day and I'm proud that I did see that addition.
Duh, Now I get it, it's at the bottom of the HOME page, just as the post from Mod 1 says. Thanks angel, for helping me to see the light, haha.

For a while there I thought everyone was invisible....good to see who is on-line, at least for the ones who want it known.
There are a lot of new features. I have to play with this to see how they work.

I agree - I need someone to explain some things on the tool bar in the post a reply area. I know most of them, but not sure about what the last 2 things PHP & CODE you would use them for. :o
Wh not try using those two things to see if it makes any difference in the way you post a reply? One wraps the quotes and the other is for......well, I don't know.:o

Well this is what the "wrap [code] tags" looks like with this section of my post so I'm just testing to see how it comes out. Just rambling to get a about 3 or 4 lines together.

Don't really know what the difference is except the words "Code:" and "PHP:" and the lines were added and the PHP has 2 colors showing which I didn't do.
Maybe someone know more about this area:confused:
Also it didn't break your line, so now you have to move the page right to left to read it.
