This is one desperate seller - does he really think he'll even get $10. for this?? Not even a title - is that legal?

I have been checking eBay alot today too :) The second one sort of looks ok, but, soon it will need a canvas replacement ! Big bucks .... 5" diameter holes ? 3 or 4 of them ? I don't know I am scared :( I keep banging my head at the wall ! SHould have grabbed that Apache !

He may well get more than $10 for this.  If the chassis is serviceable, it can be turned into a utility trailer fairly cheap.

As far as title is concerned, many states have a date cutoff (not title on vehicles made before July 1, 19XX, for example).  Others don't title trailers under a certain weight.  And if the trailer has been sitting there for long enough, it may have not moved since the title law went into effect, so it was irrelevant anyway.
