Title: Popuptimes Store
Post by: aw738 on Aug 24, 2004, 03:51 PM
Has anyone had trouble getting the store site to come up? I have tried for two days and cannot get it to work. My subscription expires on the 31st and I need to renew it. I guess I could email Patty.

There's a problem. I sent Dave an email, but haven't heard back from him. JMHO but I'd email Patty about the subscription.

It still doesn't work for me. The following is the only thing I see on my screen.

lib/db.mv: Line 1796: MvLOCKFILE: Runtime Error: Error creating lockfile 'Merchant2/00000001/storekey.dbf.lck': Not enough quota is available to process this command.

I have tried this on three of my computers and I get the same message.

I'm still getting the error AW reported. There's a main server that's got a problem, those that have gotten in might try and move around to make sure you aren't just getting a page image stored on your computer.

I talked to Dave early today.  They have a trouble ticket into the web host to try to figure it out.

Seems to be geographic, some areas of the country can get in, others can't.

aw738,

I am, and this is the error message:
lib/db.mv: Line 1796: MvLOCKFILE: Runtime Error: Error creating lockfile 'Merchant2/00000001/storekey.dbf.lck': Not enough quota is available to process this command. Have you e-mail patty yet?

We are working to fix the problem and expect the store to be back up by tonight. Webmaster Steve is working with the hosting comapny on the problem.

AW738, I will not cut you off so dont worry about that. You can either call your renewal - or any orders - to 800-398-8893 or just wait for the store to come back up.

Patty
