I found this at another forum and had to share it with you. My kids have been trying to get it to work for the last 10 minutes!
Okay, folks. Try this - it is pretty strange:
While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it!

HAHAHAHAHA
Great one!!!!
Now that is something! You do have the tendancy to do that.
If you make the 6 by starting with the loop you can do it. :D

now I'm not sure if that's cheating...but none of us figured that one out last night!! But you're right, it works!!!!!!!! The other way is fun but impossible!!!!

It works because if you start with the loop, you are going in the same direction as your foot. If you draw a six the NORMAL way, it is opposite the direction of your foot. These areas are controlled in the same area of the brain, and you are making electrons in your brain hiccup!

I had DS try it and he makes his six starting with the loop. So I didn't really figure it out it just happened. :)

Is that safe? Should this thread include a disclaimer? In California it probably should...but then many people in CA had brain hiccups quite

I want to know if a brain hiccup is the same as a brain pause ... if not, how do you tell the difference? ;) [/FONT]
