I apologize to Cindy, aka Mommamia. The forums were blowing up last week, I was taking heat for my decissions and I came out swinging. I misunderstood something that Mommamia said, took offense and "expired" her membership. I know her feeling are hurt and I feel bad that I took things out of context. I hope she'll come back. Her membership has been reinstated.

Now that's being a stand up kind of guy! :# :# I hope she also comes back! Cheers to our campfire gang!
Unfornately, we are human and make mistakes. But apologizing is the way to correct them. Hopefully, she will accept and come back.
It will be nice if she will come back. Maybe she will want a totally fresh start and change her name or something like that. :)
Dave, I learned how to walk in your (and my other "brother's moccasins), so I know how you feel. You're damned if you don't take action and damned if you do.

This is a stand-up thing to do. Takes guts. I hope she comes back too. I already miss her posts.

You posted that she has been invited back, but I don't see her in the members list. I'm trying to get a hold of her... my DD wants to travel to FL to see her uncle, and I just wanted to see if Cindy would allow her to call if she gets into trouble or gets lost?

Thanks for catching that, it's there now.

Dave,
Speaking from experience, i used to run a BBS (Bulletin Board System) in the early 90s and then i ran the East Tennessee dirt track racing message boards in the late 90s.
I have complete faith in you to make the honest decisions... and this post is a prime example.
Running a message board community is one of the greatest jobs when everything is going great... one of the worst when things are going bad.
Keep on!
