Just bought a 2005 Sea Pine and want to keep the out side nice and clean. I've been looking at two different covers for it and need input on which one to go with. The two are: ADCO Aqua Shed & ADCO Polypropylene. I need everybodies imput.

You better check your owners manual... As far back as I remember, Fleetwood will void your warranty if you put a cover on your new camper. Something about the cover keeping in moisture and messing up the interior "breathing"... I find this ironic also, because the factory actually sells a cover as an option. :screwy:
I read the same thing..not to cover them. check with the manufacturer directly first
Fleetwood specifically warns about NOT tarping your PU. However in 2004 even they sold a breathable cover as an accessory listed in their PU brochure. The cover is no longer mentioned in the 2005 brochure.
When our popup was outside in the elements it was parked under a tree that dumped a lot of sap and tree bits on it. My dh used 3 milk crates and a huge brown tarp and bungied it on the top. The milk crates kept the tarp from sitting directly on the ABS roof and there was plenty of air circulating underneath. This worked quite well.

We use one of the ADCO breathable covers. It really does a good job of keeping off a lot of the dirt.

i guess i can google that....the ones at JC Whitney start at 10' box...mine's 8 foot with a/c...
since it is now 3 years old...i guess i can cover it since the warranty has expired...right???
I was in a hurry and there was no one to get a price from, but I saw a roll of Tyvek at Home Depot. My main interest was to make a kayak cover but would that work for a PU cover???
anyone know of a cheap source for Tyvek?
a friend gave me a car cover, and i've used it but it is not a good fit....
I purchased an ADCO Poly cover about a month ago and it's great. If you have been watching the news lately and saw all the rain out here in SoCal awhile ago, believe me when I say the cover worked well.
Just a suggestion: if you do cover your PU, you might want to get one of those little dehumidifiers thingies (Moose, help me out here--don't you and Paula put one in your camper?) to put inside your PU while it's closed and covered. You might be surprised at how much water you'll drain out of it when you open the camper up the next time. Besides, it's a pretty inexpensive way to prevent any trapped moisture from ruining your camper.:)

Used a "breathable" cover on the CAPE COD for years. Never had a problem with anything.
Got a new one for the ROO this fall. Not as easy to put on and off as a POP-UP, but when you bed down for the winter, it keeps the outside looking good for the spring "unveiling".
Bottom line.....if you want one, get one.
My $.02.... a breathable one.
