I tried using just an ISP to access the Internet but am feeling "detached," so I'm going to stick with aol.
That said, the article explaoned that when massive mailings go out they do appear to be spam..and that any or agency should register with them and the system won't block the message.
I envision that famous/infamous "The martians have landed" radio hoax that had people heading for the hills.

I am no fan of AOL, but posting a headline, declaring it "enough", and not even including a link seems exceptionally one-sided.

I'm not a fan of AOL either but it seems to me from the article that AOL is working with the county to remedy the problem. The true blame falls to spammers who create the problem in the first place.
Spammers are confoundedly hideous loafers and decrepit, blood-freezing spawn of a whore and a thousand maniacs.:p
