Saw a couple of those RV's being towed yesterday.  The trucks were marked with some kind of FEMA/Katrina signs.

Wow, that trailer dealer just made his decade I think in profit!  I think it is a good plan.  The families can get back to some kind of normal family life, with having some privacy and family meals, etc. until they can get more permanent  housing rebuilt.  Heck, I'd bet some of the trailers are much nicer than the houses/apartments they were living in!  I know when I go to RV shows I always say some of the trailers are better appointed than my home!!!

they had it on the news out of flordia from their hurriance last year, of moblie home/ trailer parks city,for those who lost there homes, they get to use them for a year.

Yep. I saw these being built in Gulfport, MS while I was down there last week. And we saw tons of Cavalier trailers (and others) being hauled down there, while on our way back to Nashville.
