:-() We're Going CAMPING !!! :-()
:p
No place exciting, just a local SP...but hey....it's still campingYou all have a great weekend
.:!
PJay is "cabin camping" this weekend, and I am not going with her.
Nor would I want to.
She's studying Youth Ministries (the reason we came to this mosquito-infested northern land of extremes), and has to do an internship. So her internship is with an organization that works with "at risk" teens - i.e. potential future troubled teens. They are going camping this weekend. I'll support her in that calling, but it is definitely not my calling.
BTW, most northern states have two seasons - winter and road repair. Here in Minnesota, we have winter and ROAD CLOSED. They even close interstates for construction - usually just for the weekend - in the heart of a metro area with over a million people!
Why did we come here again? Oh, yes, so PJay caqn finish her degree...that's in May...when can we go camping again?
Austin
Marcy have a wonderful time...I guess you already are.:)
AB you could take the PU and go camping too, just not where your DW is camping. I heard that Marcy is going camping at a nice SP, maybe you could join her.:D

Yep, that's what the seasons are here as well. What would a summer of traveling the Metro Detroit area be without road closures......I don't think we'll ever know.
Any how, it was a nice weekend. The weather cooperated and we closed out 1 local CG for the season. We'll close out another in 2 weeks. Then the long winter withddrawl will most likely set in. By then we'll have camped for a grand total of 39 nights this year...hmmm.... maybe I should sneak off early to break that 40 mark!
