Looks to me like they are simply little drip spouts that clip to existing gutters.  Don't know about you, but I don't have any gutters on my PU.  Most of my black streaks occur between the curve at the top of the roof to the valance attached to the bottom edge of the roof.  I don't think these things would solve my black streak "problem".  I do wash the exterior of my camper somewhat frequently, and that seems to reduce the degree of black streaking.  

At any rate, $11 for 4 of those things can't be that big a mistake.  I've done worse than that.

Here's a link to a "gutter" that designed to keep the a/c runoff from going where you don't want it.  It's pretty simple and would probably cost less than $10 to make 4 of them.  I guess with one on each corner you would sort of have gutters.
