Planned first trip. Devil's Lake State Park end of April. Can't Wait. 26th-5-1. Wanna pop it up now and start preping. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH is it time yet? ? ?
We couldn't wait for April, so COTOC had its first trip of 2006 over Presidents Day Weekend. It was cold but a lot of fun.:)
Our first trip is in 3 weeks - going to a state park we've never been to before with TPUC. Something new to explore!
Our first "planned" trip is Easter weekend to a state park about an hour away. We are going to take a practice run to a county park by my dad's house since this is our first camper ever and since we have a 5 month old baby, just to make sure everything goes smoothly on the long weekend in April. The nice thing about the county park is that it's just a day park that has about 5 RV spaces that you can reserve for FREE. It's first come first serve. I'll call in the morning to see what the first available weekend is. My dad lives within a mile of the park, so if we have any issues at all, we have somewhere to go! After that, we'll be heading out for the real thing.

Our first planned trip of the year, and therefore first trip EVER is a quick two nighter at Normandy Farms in Foxboro, MA ( http://normandyfarms.com/ ) - first weekend in May... If the weatehr in Aril is good enough we might try something sooner, after a backyard trial night ;)
We figured we'd stay close to home for our first trip, so 2-3 miles seems close enough!

We've only been on one so far and the next isn't for 4 weeks! :mad: I'm really jonesen for another trip inbetween, but I don't think it's gonna happen! Good luck on you trip!
Our first trip is in two weeks. We are going to Thousand Trails in Gloucester, it is a small campground we belong to on the Piankatank River.
It is only an hour and 20 minutes away and will be out maiden trip in the new Niagara.
Our first vacation will be two week in Myrtle Beach starting Memorial Day.
