I was at the Toronto RV show last Wednesday and I can honestly say that I really like our PU. I walked into all sorts of different RV
It is unfortunate, but those RV shows are really geared toward the high end buyer! Lot's of motor homes and fivers at these things as these are the units they make big money off of.
We went to an RV show out here and my opinion was the same. My Pup has pretty much everything I want and there wasn't any new toys or ideas that even tempted me. DH was happy. He thought we may come home with a new one but ours is just fine.
The last two shows I felt the same way. I have what I want/need and they didn't have any cool accessories to wow me. I really wanted to see a Chalet XL, but they didn't even have one of them at the shows.:(
The show here had almost no accessories; and about 6 pu's and/or hybrids. It's always fun to look, but I am also among those of you who left the show feeling very happy with what I have.
We skipped the shows this year. Every time we go the EVEREST (http://www.keystonerv.com/divisions/common/imgpopup.php?div=everest&year=2006&image=293P)
Screams TAKE ME HOME, and we don't even have a pick up truck yet..

Hey Marcy ~ by the time you're ready for your EVEREST, I'll be ready for an ALiner. Can I call dibs? :D

Yep you're 2nd in line, right after DS. At the rate we move, he may be ready to get off the ground by then.
We used to go to a lot of motorcycle rallys and there were always anything and everything you wanted. But rv shows are totally different for some reason,at least the ones we have been to.I don't understand why BAL,RVQ,Popup Gizmos, etc can't have reps there with items at rally prices. :(
