Title: New Sante Fe and SNOW
Post by: Billy Bob on Mar 20, 2006, 09:27 AM
Hi everyone, just want to say we picked up our NEW Fleetwood Sante Fe on Saturday and have it in the driveway. We set it up and shortly after it snowed and we have been having flurries ever since. So if the weather isn't good near you, you know who to blame. But anyways we think it would be better to keep it up until it warms up and all the snow melts and the camper dries before we fold it up. That not may be until at LEAST Thursday. I don't think a little snow will hurt it ???

Congratulations on the new Santa Fe. Today is the first day of spring !! ya right!! yes you are right a light snow fall won't hurt the PU. But if you are expecting a bigger storm in the near future. it would be wise to close it up and open back up ASAP afterwards. enjoy your new adventures coming your way.

No big snow storms expected. We just have a dusting / less than 1 inch so she will stay up until the sun dries her out.

I have a 1996 Santa Fe and have been thrilled with it from day one. It's been our home away from home for many years and we intend on making more memories as the years pass. I hope you recieve the same enjoyment out of your Santa Fe as we have with ours.

Happy Camping

Congratulations on the new camper.  If you run heat in the camper the snow will melt and the tenting will dry.:)
