I have just purchased a 1982 coleman redwood seven. I would like to replace the ceiling inside. How much trouble is this?

I haven't done any roof replacements myself, but others have. It is a big job, but if you are handy with tools you can do it. Good luck with the rebuild and if you can explain what you do and post pictures of the job. Good luck.:)
Good luck! I was given a 85 starcraft to restore. I knew I had to replace the canvas and then I found the floor needed to be replaced. No problem. Then I started looking at the inside of the roof during my demo. Found the roof all rotted. Gave up on this project and bought a 99 rockwood for $3000. I was so excited to tackle this project but it just seemed to be a bottomless pit.
