Would like to replace my 03 Westlake tires and "painted rims" for the new style aluminum ones. Dealer wants 141.75 pc +++. Has anyone done this swap?

I plan to do the same swap as soon as my 04 tires wear out, or next year, whichever comes first! My dealer wants $135.00 per tire/rim combo.
