Last fall, the sleeve pin broke off when I was removing it. I recently contacted the company so I could purchase another pin. They wouldn't here of it. They told me that it should have not broken off and they would send me a new one. All I had to do is send the broken one back (they payed for the shipping) so they could study it and see where it failed. So thanks to the Trailer Lock people for doing such a great job with thier customer service.

I like to buy a Trailer Lock for my Fleetwood Cheyenne. It came with electric brakes. would the lock work o.k.?

You mean like the service at Jiffy Lube? I was there last night. Before I could get out of the car, they had punched in the tag #, then:
- Greeted me by name,
- Asked what service I wanted today,
- Asked if I wanted the the high-mileage XYZ oil I got last time,
- Told me they would be done in about 15 minutes
They then proceeded to:
- Put at least 5 persons to work on my car,
- Change the oil & lube the chassis (what I was paying for),
- Wash the outside of every window,
- Vacuumed the floors,
- Checked tire pressures,
- Checked all other fluid levels,
- Topped off the brake fluid,
- Checked a few other things I don't remember,
- Finished in less than the 15 minutes they promised.
I know a lot of "customer-oriented" businesses that could learn a lesson or two from them.

Yes like them. We don't have a Jiffy Lube near where we live, but after hearing about the good service from you I would use them when traveling.:)
