I was hospitalized on Thursday for stroke-like symptoms, while working. Long story short, it started Saturday (while camping), but another episode at work quickly bought me an inpatient bed. Tests and more tests...no stroke. Apparently it is a Migranous Syndrome, where my migraines are manifested as stroke-like symptoms instead of (or in addition to) a headache. I've dealt with migraines for over ten years, but now I have a new set of symptoms to worry about. With my family history, I need to know if I am having a migrainous syndrome attack vs. a stroke! I guess for now, I'll assume it is a migraine, until I'm a little older.
I'm better now, although I'm having one of my headaches. See you at the cg, sometime!
