Post by: chascar on Jun 13, 2006, 03:27 PM
Hi all I own a 98 Jayco Eagle and upon opening it this season I found some mold and mildew on rear window canvas panel I hit it with starbrite and although it appears to have killed the spores it remained discoloredwould appreciate any feed back . also It appears to me that it may have also spread alittle as well since memorial day camping trip to NH are there any good soloution to use that won't damage water proofing .   and are there any good fixes if the coatings are affected. :yikes:

Used to use Starbrite- Now have pitted bed slides and canvas that is quite weak in places. Someone suggested Woolite and that seems to work for killing and cleaning the mildew. ALTHOUGH if it doesn't stop raining soon, Mildew will be the new designer color on my pop-up!
