Well we're off for our maiden voyage tomorrow. We are headed to my favorite campgrounds,http://www.lastchancepark.com/index.html, the last chance ranch.Been friends with the owner for years now (love the discount!!). Well we just got back! The PU experience was awesome! We got hit by a really bad storm the first nite and lost our awning. We tried to save it but the storm came fast and furiously! I think we can have it repaired fairly cheap. All I can see that happened was it ripped the threads out where the bag is sewn to the mounting plastic that slides in it's holder. The damage that was on the one bunk end (If anyone has viewed the pictures) got larger in the storm from the winds. We were rocked pretty good for almost 3 hours with winds up to 30 to 35 mph, but the old Coleman stood her ground! All in all it was a wonderful first trip and I now have a list of things I'm ready to modify on the old rig. Well guess I'll quit rambling and start unpacking. Thanks for all the help and support from everyone here on the forum.
