Title: worm ?

 Had trouble with internet connection this morning.Possibly due to a worm that was spreading at the time ? Anyone else experience this problem,today ?

 forestwalkerDunno about any worms, but the forum shut down last night right after Nick, the infamous " Nick-Neff-Cough thread killer"  posted a message. [:o]

 forestwalkerIT WAS DOWN at 8" 30 AM THIS MORNING I AM STILL PERSPIRATING AND GOING THRU WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS(sp?) !!!!! WHOEVER DIS THIS OWES ME A TV AND A 5 th Wheel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 forestwalkerI m gald to see I m not the only one.  I had some problems accessing other sites also.  Thought it was my puter.  I went thru and defragged, scan disk and several other things which did not help.  Thought the pc was messing up.  After a couple of hours and a lot of cussing now everything seems to be fine.  I was going into panic mode also.  But after a few beers I got to that " WHO CARES"  mode.[:D]

 SkipPDefenitely a worm.  Its Saturday evening and we still can t access our E-mail account from our ISP.
 
 My company sells computer systems and I work on the product support side.  Its going to be a long day on Monday.
 
 Using the sorry rascal for a leveling block is far to gentle a punishment.

 forestwalkerI ran into the virus last night. I couldn t access any web sites. I was getting a lot of error messages and timed out pages. This morning I heard about the virus on the car radio. Tonight I ve had no problems so far.

 forestwalkerI go through AOL and just noticed a slowing of everything. When I would go to a PUT forum it would give me the cant find website. I would refresh then it would be there. So that worm was busy.

 forestwalkerSo that s what all the hold up was ... Was driving me nuts, it was creating havoc with our server and it s speed...
