Title: Old pop ups never die???
Post by: JIMMYS on Apr 19, 2007, 09:12 PM
Went to Silver Springs last weekend and noticed this, thought I'd share the pic's. The owner said it was pretty nice for 500.00, but it might be a little a little heavy for his TV because it overheated 3 times...did'nt ask if the TV was included in the price. Notice the hard sides, and no it does  not pop up or down.

If old pop-ups never die, then why is there a pop-up graveyard (http://www.popupcamping.com/grave1.html)? :yikes:

did someone make that out of an old PUP? or is it one of those with folding hard sides?  Looks interesting.

Yes, it is the remains of a PU. The sides and roof are made of plywood and no it does not fold up or down, thats what you would see going down the road. I also thought it was interesting.
