Title: Dyers Online RV Parts Poor Customer Service

I orderd taillights and side marker lights from Dyers Online RV Parts Co via ebay. - I paid for USPS 2/3 day priority shipping and 7 days after I was told the items shipped I still dont have it - I called Dyers and was then told it went UPS Ground - I was told that the package was to heavy to be sent for the $18 shipping and they changed it to UPS Ground without notifying me, stated it was their right to change it.  I was treated VERY rudely, I asked to talk to a manager and he stated he was the top guy and did I want to argue about it, I said 'yes" and he said "OK asshole, argue this" and hung up on me. He couldn't understand what my problem was, well, I paid for 2/3 day and it is coming UPS ground  and it's been 7 days since it was shipped - DAH

I will not do bussiness with them again! ! !  I left negative feedback for them and of course they retaliated by leaving me negative feedback.

now that I have left negative feedback I get a refund for $10.50 for the difference in shipping costs between the USPS 2/3 day and the UPS ground.  I would have been satisfied with that outcome from the beginning.
