I have a 96 Coleman/ Fleetwood Sedona I set it up this weekend for the first time this year for 4 days. Each night the roof lowered itself about a 1/4 inch in the mornings I need to crank it up again the 1/4 inch. On the last night I put a heavy duty bungee cordaround the crank to hold it in place which seem to work. I never would have know it lowered except the door was out of wack. Whats going on and what do I do to fix it. Thanks
Doesn't that year come with a safety lockhook somewhere in the center of the camper face?

In years past I just Cranked the handle until it was at the proper height and it was fine.
If I do not use the safety latch on mine it will drop a bit.. Maybr, if you have one, you can engage it and see what happens...
while reviewing the PU I found that one of the cables was more "stretched" then the others. I adjusted the cable by moving the pully one notch. When I raised the roof everything seem to lock in place. the following morning the roof was fine. So I guess this one strethched cable was not raising the roof all the way up even through it all appeared like it.

I'd think about replacing that cable, if it were me. :D
I'm not sure that I would do it.....but I'd think about it. Then when it broke...I'd kick myself.......that part's for sure :sombraro:
