:-() We did it!!
We've been looking (and lurking here) for about a year now, and today all the looking and drooling paid off.... not to mention the good advice found here!!
We drove almost 9 hours round trip today to look at and then buy our new baby.... a 2003 Palomino Yearling RL!! It has the exact same layout as the current model year 4100 and this particular PU is about as close to mint as they come, despite being the 3rd family to own it since new!!
We knew as soon as we saw it in person it was perfect!! When we first went in it even smelled new! And only $5K!
As you can tell, I'm very excited and so is the rest of the gang. It tows real nice and straight and everything works..... can't wait to actually take it out in the next few weeks...
Pics to follow soon!
I'm happy for you. I remember [a few years back] how excited we were when we got ours. Russ

Congrats on the new PUP. Camp safe and have fun. :U
Good luck with your new PUP. I to am a new owner just a month or so. I was lucky to find mine just 30 miles away even though I was looking all over the state. The 23rd of this month is our maiden journey. Good luck with yours. By th way between WalMart and Target I have found almost everything from cooking supplies to towels and storage bins.

Hey Jester
Glad you finally found what you wanted. I remember when you were looking for advise on a couple of pups you were looking at. Now the real fun begins. Have you got any trips planned? We were at Mara PP 2 weeks ago and will be at Marten River PP mid July. Maybe we'll see you out there somewhere.
Cheers
Dave
