i just replaced the canvas on my 1970 starcraft starmaster 8. the old one came off very easily. and the re-install was smooth! but now i have this great big canvas sitting in my shop. i was going to keep it as a back up canvas, but have decided not too becasue i just dont have the space. i have a very hard time throwing things away so i thought i would offer this canvas to any one willing pay the shipping (or if you have camper parts from this type of camper i would consider calling it a trade). the canvas is the original, 37 years old. that said it is in what i would consider pretty good shape for its age. it is stained from mold/mildew but nothing has been actively growing since i bought the camper. the plastic window has torn away from the zipper for about a foot in the middle of the big window. there are no major tears or rips or leaks in it. now you are not going to win any antique camper show competitions with this canvas but it will let you camp if that is all that is holding you back. i know the new ones can be a little pricy so if you just need one for the season, this would work perfectly. i know it will fit the starcraft starmaster line (the starmaster 6 and 8) from the years 1970-1976. i am not sure what shipping will cost, but it shouldnt be too bad unless you want it shipped super fast. anyway, let me know if you are intrested.

ron was going to take this as a spare canvas for his 73 but has decided that if he ever needs to replace his old one he will buy a new one.
so its still available if there is anyone who really needs one to start camping.
