Do they work well even w/o AC? Will they make a significant differenence just by themselves?

In Chicago i think they would work without A/C, but here in Vegas, i need the A/C also. Right now it's 108* outside today!!!!!!
We love ours too.
Here in Sunny Florida with AC unit 5000 btu. It keeps it cold in there at 90+ degrees.
It not the heat it's the humity. :eyecrazy:
ugh, I just got on to order some then noticed the prices were per bunk side. I assumed the price was for both total...
hmm....

No. Actually, I am pretty sure the pricing shown on the order form is for the set, whether it is a 1, 2, or 3 bunkend, at least that is what I paid for my 2 bunk ends, but give Bob a call, he likes to talk and just ask him. If you have any questions, call him....
BTW, they operate as advertised and even better. But I wish that I had a color choice when I bought mine, Mine are Orange, really stand out...but makes it easier to find my rig when lost.....lol :-()

Orange ??
Down here in SUNNY FLORIDA we keep the shiney side up. At night we just look for the shiney reflection of the SPACE SHIP with our flashlights.

That's cool, with silver side down, it keeps the heat in, in cold weather. But then in Florida, I suspect cold weather isn't a factor? :sombraro:
I was one who was on the "Fence" for a long time. I ordered a set of High Wind Gizmos, for twenty bucks more, why not? Was told they would ship today. Was using space blankets that worked but where too small. Now I will have an exact fit and will look better. :U
I like mine on the PUP so well, when I got my hybrid last year, I recycled them to the new rig. Work just as good, and the larger bunk end turned to be the same size as the PUP bunk end, the shorter one, just takes a "tuck here and there" and a "fold-over" and the twin size is covered..... I wouldn't be without them, hot weather or cold..... :-()
My wife ordered them by phone last friday and I already got them on TUESDAY of this week!! WAY to GO USPS!!!! I work for them!! I
They came with our popup and were still in the new bags - so we were the first to try them out. I could feel the heat drop by 20 degrees in the canvas bed area. Comparing with and without A/C is not something I can do. I originally started using a popup in FL but did not have the A/C unit then. After moving to VA, we bought a used (maybe 6 weekends) popup that had A/C and doubt seriously that I would ever go back to camping whenout it again. I enjoy relaxing in the popup with the dog while everyone else disappears to their various events. Several camping areas we have visited have NO TREES and the popupgizmos help but the A/C is the savoir of the day!
Got my HW Gizmos yesterday and put them on right away. Could notice the differance inside in half an hour. Glad I got them. I ordered them on Wednesday and got them Friday. Fast service. :usflag:
Just spent a week camping with these and they work as advertised. We got them last summer but it was actually cool every time we camped so we didn't need them. This time we had 3 days near 90 (followed by 4 days we needed to use the heater!) and they really helped. And get the high wind versions. Had winds high enough (45+ mph gusts) that we had to take our awning down one day and these things stayed on great.
