I have been watching our water pressure in the outside shower diminish over the years to the point where we might get a pint per minute with both faucets wide open. 2001 Coleman Utah. City or water tank.
Galley sink has great pressure and flow. Strainer washer is clean at the water connection. No apparent kinks in the line. Are there any other places where it has a strainer or line collapse? All holes in the shower head are open.

It would be reasonable to assume that a pocket of algae may have formed in the line if that line has been sitting, unused for a while.
You might try unscrewing the shower head and running the water. That will decrease the resistance in the line and allow the water to flow unrestricted. If anything is in the line, that may blow it out. I mean....heck.....if you haven't tried that....
