Title: my first pop up
Post by: Volvo240 on Jun 22, 2007, 12:41 PM
Picked up a 98 Starcraft 1706. Amazing shape. One owner who was meticulous..he upgraded into a bigger box. My first trip is planned for the week of the 4th!!!

My Wife is very happy..she was done with tenting it..and my daughter can't wait to sleep in her "new bed"

Trailer has 3 burner stove, Furnace, ice box, sink.

Should be a blast!

haha - sounds like me on our last tenting trip.  With one young kid it wasn't bad, but with 2 it kinda sucked.  I remember driving out at 3:00am to get something for my throbbing headache.

I can't wait until we pick up ours.

We just got our 1999 starcraft 2107 this year.  We've stayed in it 7 nights.  You will love it.  It builds family time and the kids think it's better than any big camper.

I take it you're a fan of the 240 series Volvos!!!  I've had 3 so far...currently driving an '87 wagon (burgandy, of course).

If you are planning on towing with your 240, please post or email to let me know how it works out.  I'll be using mine to do the same soon.
