I sometimes develop a leak from my hot water tank output hose if I leave my water pump on, so we have been turning the pump on when using water then off when done. We also let the hot water run a bit after we shut off the pump to remove the pressure from the hot water line. We dry camp 95% out of the time. Regarding pressure from the city water, I assume even with a pressure regulator we would have about the same amount of pressure as the pump??? I am thinking about just filling my water tank from the city water and using the water pump as described above whenever we camp at a campground. The root cause of my problem is due to having to install a by-pass hose each winter as part of the winterization process and now I just don
