Title: newbie cleaning canvas

I have a 1973 starcraft stairmaster 8 pop up camper in awesome shape canvas is mint condition no tears or rips it has one or two small places that has a little red mud on it and some small water stains what would be the best to use to clean this canvas any help would be appreciated

I have used 2 ways to clean canvas and awnings:
1. Oxyclean in warm water, and;
2. Mr. Clean Erasure Sponge.

The Oxyclean for larger areas and the sponge for small areas. Both work extremely well and doesn't harm the "waterproofing".

I prefer the sponge when doing "touch up" cleaning.....JMHO :U

We use Woolite and warm water with a sponge.

Yep. We use Woolite and a boat brush.
