the plan was for me and the kids to pack up and go to the campground today and hubby would join us tomorrow...well guess what it's raining and going to rain for the next 3 days. So much for that. I'm bummed! We have to work around his swing shift...so these are treasured camping days.

It's now thundering so I am glad we didn't chance it..not that I would mind the thunder and stuff sleeping..I would sleep through it...but the thought of taking the pup down in the rain and then air drying makes me tired :)
I am thankful for the rain as we are very dry right now. We've got a furnace so we'll be able to camp a little longer into the season than we did with the tent.
