Those are real nice inside but even less floor space than my Chalet.  He's been trying to get $5800 for a couple months now.

It's 42 years old already...does he think it's a collector's item or something?

It's cool - but as a 'collector's item' I'm not sure - now that old 20's 'Model T' camper someone showed us once - THAT was a 'collectors item", and in museum pristine condition, too.

I don't think he's gonna get his price - do you? - If anyone actually wanted to CAMP in it, they could get a great used PUP - larger and more amenities, for that price - and not needing the updates to make it useable, either.

Still, I always like looking at these old campers, and since I can't afford more than the one i have, I've started a 'collection' of vintage photos - borrowed an idea from someone else on the web..... So I can browse thru them whenever I want and dream.... but I don't have to rehab and mod them for real! LOL!

I bought my PU for a lot less than that when it was only 3-years-old and pristine.

If a person is looking for a TT, you can pick-up a nice, late model TT for that price.

I think the guy is dreaming. Often times, someone has emotional attachment to something like that, that ads value to that person but it means very little to others.

He's dropped his price to $4500, so I don't think he thinks he's going to get his original ($5800) price.
