I bought a 1985 Jayco Pop-up last year. I got the title from the seller, but before I could register it, I "misplaced" it (read: lost).
So, I now have a camper in my driveway that technically doesn't belong to me. I spoke to the seller, who is more than willing to help out, but has to have the VIN to request a copy of the title from the state.
I can't figure out where to find it. Does anyone know?

My Jayco is a 2004. I know it's quite a bit newer than yours but, they may still have the VIN in the same place.
My VIN is stamped on the axle tube under the trailer. Another place to look is on the inside of a cabinet door or drawer.

i don't know if i'm a little late to answer your question but look on the side frame towards the front. it might be there. that's where mine is on my '90 jayco.it should be on the left side.
My '98 Jayco also has a sticker stuck to the inside of the door. It is very faded, so yours might be even more faded if it was ever there.
It is also on the axle tube as mentioned above.
