I spoke to the dealer today and he is checking with Starcraft to see if its covered. Chad is checking into it. This winter got very cold here in Wisconsin I think this is what caused the crack....take a look:

I don't think there was enough room in the hole for the rivet and when it got cold the ABS shrank and that caused the crack. What ideas or advice do you have on this.
We bought this new last summer, its a New 2005 Starcraft 2411.
