Title: Going camping tomorrow with my 3 boys!
Post by: Kristenamber on Jun 19, 2008, 09:09 PM
Last night we camped in our driveway and we had a ton of fun!  Told our bedtime stories, tucked in and had a great nights sleep:)  My baby, (18 months) was so excited to be in there.  He was going from bed to bed saying "I ready, I ready!"  So cute!
Tomorrow we are headed out for 2 days to a local c.g.  We are right near the playground and the bath house and the c.g. has hayrides and a magician scheduled for Saturday.  It is going to be tons of fun.
I'm headed to Wal-Mart in the a.m. to pick up some last minute goodies:)
I'll report back with a trip report and pics:)

I'm truly jeaolous. I would love to take our grandbabies ages 6&8 camping but they live across the country and their mom would never allow it. Too many bugs and she would have conniptions to be separated for a couple of days. I'm sure they would absolutely love it, what kid wouldn't.  :-()  I await your trip report......Shredder

Have a great time. It's nice that the cg has some activities for the kids. I know with my kids that makes a big difference.

Our next trip is being planned for July 11 and 12th. We are planning on heading Happy Jack up in the mountains. Our neighbors have their toy hauler up there for the entire summer so we will be joining them. Another neighbor down the street is going to try to make it that weekend with their pup. We were going to try to plan some more camping trips but with my work schedule (I work every other Sat) and other commitments it's the only weekend that we have before the kids go back to school on Aug 6th.

On another note, we just got some new neighbors down the street that are renting a house and they have a pup! I'm going to have to get acquainted with them when they get settled.
