Excellent info, thanks for posting it.
I've taken an infrared temp gun with me on the last 2 trips across the Mojave Desert from here in southern CA to the Grand Canyon. When it was in the one-teens outside, I was getting sustained tread temps in the 143*F range on both the TV and the trailer.
The PUP uses 5.80x12's at 80psi and I tow at about 60-65 depending on where I'm at.
