Title: Calendar??
Post by: dkutz on May 29, 2009, 12:08 PM
I just noticed the calendar on this site.  I have never seen it before.  It might be a cool feature to put rally's etc on.  HOWEVER it only goes to 2006.  Can "we" update it?  How do you post events on the calendar??

I deleted the 2006 calendar and setup one that goes from 2009-2012 I think that should work much better.

True.....you probably practiced all morning.........:sombraro:

Anyway....I think the calendar (I really had to think about that....:p) would be great.

I wonder if we could have a separate one for the SCCAMPERS. We get so many camp-outs planned at once that it would be great to have a calendar to put them on. However......one person would have to be in charge of keeping it updated.....a teacher would be good......one that can spell :).

Good thing there are lots of teachers in the group!!:D

Update:  I posted the smithwoods rally as a test.  Its on there.  Pretty nice.  Wish it defaulted to the current date when you went on, but otherwise, great....

By the way I think it should be up to the Wagonmaster to post the rally on the calendar.  Otherwise you are gonna end up with duplicate posts.  I just put San Elijo on, you can do Mugu
