I pulled my popup out to get it ready for the season and found cracks and small holes under the guide where the awning goes. I had it covered all winter and we had a really mild one here in northern California. What is my next move? Is it repairable or do I have to have the whole top replaced? What is the cost? Help!

What year/model camper?? What material is the top made of?? Pictures are worth a thousand words.
That's a real day ruiner, eh? Depending on year/make/model maybe the roof has a warranty? I'd call the manufacturer first.
It's a 98 Coleman Mesa, and I am not the original owner. It has an ABF (S) roof on it. I did some research after posting my question and some exploring about fixes, but I'd like to hear from you folks first. There was a similar question, with pictures, a few months back. Thanks for your input!

ABS roofs can be a pain. Pictures of
your roof would be helpful.
Does your roof sag in the center?
The severity of the "Cracks" make a huge difference in the way that you treat the problem. If it is mere crazing type cracks, you may get away with a good heavy epoxy primer and a coat of paint. If the cracks are severe enough, they may need filling.
Mixing ABS fillers is an art of it's own. Some member here have done it successfully and it isn't really that hard. It's just tedious and takes some practice with technique and some sanding after filling.
We have really enjoyed our Coleman Utah. However, we are beginning to wonder if we are in over our heads.
1. Three years ago, we had to have two front and rear panels replaced due to a manufacturer defeat. The parts were covered by the warranty. The labor and freight cost us $500.00
2. We have had to replace both tires every 18 months to 2 years. We buy D tires as recommended by Coleman and the tire dealer. The treads delaminate after less than 5,000 miles. That is $165.00 a year +/-.
3. Now we have cracks along the edge of the roof. We have read on the web that if this is not fixed the roof can delaminate from the foam installation. This is a manufacturer defect and is covered by warranty. However, the warranty doesnot cover freight or installation of dealer installed items - like the air conditioner. That cost is estimated at $1,500 to $2,000.
The question is do we fix the roof or sell the camper? If we fix the roof, we will be into the camper an additional one third of the cost that we paid for the camper new.

I'm just curious, do you use a WDH and what kind of TV do you have?
Just found a crack in the top of my Jayco about 3 weeks ago before a campout. Called my dealer because the top on a Jayco is lifetime warranty. I am the only owner. You may want to call the manufacturer-they may be able to assist. In my case, I'm bringing the pup to them in about 2 weeks, they will replace the whole roof-they said it will take anywhere from1-2 months for approval/ordering/shipping/install.
