Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I have a 2007 Fleetwood Sequoia I don't think these curtains have ever been cleaned. After years of use, they are filthy. Any ideas how we can clean them without ruining them. Do you dry clean?
Thanks,
Jose
We just tossed them in the washer in cold water on the gentle cycle and a little Oxy-Clean, then you can let them air dry they should be fine the fabric dries pretty quickly.
The wife said to hand wash with Woolite in cold water. Don't put in dryer, hang to dry.

This should work.
I agree, Woolite should work too.
If you haven't washed them yet be careful because some curtains have a rubber backing. That stuff tends to dry rot and may flake off during a wash job.
Thanks, I will see about popping the camper up this weekend, I suspect the back is okay but it's been several months since we had it opened up.
Got the curtains out, the backs look fine the wife will try and wash them tomorrow.

How did the curtains come out? Any shrinkage? Issues with the backing?
They came out mostly good, no issues with the backing but there are some stubborn stains on a couple of the curtains that will need to be taken care of if possible. They do look much better to me, but the wife is still not happy.
Good to hear. Maybe a stain stick on those stubborn spots?
The wife washed a couple more times, she did use one of those stain sticks. The stains are not quite as noticeable but do look better. She had me put them back this morning so I guess she is done or tired of working on it.
