Did anyone else see the tip in PUT about stocking a basket with non perishables in case of emergency?
It s a good tip UNLESS you are camping in Bear country! If you are, I encourage you NOT to keep it in the camper with you, but keep it in the trunk of the tow vehicle!

I think you re pretty safe with it in the camper. Your camper harbors many more attractive smells than snacks in a wrapper. Unless you have
never cooked or ate anything inside it. These smells (to a bear) don t go away in a few weeks. Have you ever sprayed deoderant on in the camper, or brushed your teeth in there?
