Hello! In an earlier post I asked @ a sway control for a Coleman PU w/ a right handed tongue jack and learned that a right handed one could be used upside down on the left side. I have since found a right handed Eazlift (2 actually-one new/1 used) sway control on Ebay. After research I have found that the Eazlift brand comes in both right and left handed versions with attachments.
My question is: Can I use the right handed control on the left, and how expensive and what kind of attachments would I need. It might be cheaper to buy the left handed one @ Campers World for $99. plus it s TV ball plate.[&:] DH has put me in charge of the procuring-he will do the installing on his 01 Dodge Ram w/ a class III hitch(don t know what brand-it came from Northern Tools) and a 4" drop. He has an unnatural dislike for all things Reese (Don t ask-I didn t[:o]) if that matters! I am trusting your opinions rather than just accepting the limited advice from someone trying to sell something. (" Yeah, it SHOULD work[>:]" ???)
THANKS! [:)]
scpreacherswifeYes you can use a right hand sway bar on the left by turning it upside down. I would go with the less expensive option.
