But a year ago is when I posted from Hawaii! Today is our FIRST Anniversary! We went to a bed and breakfast this weekend, and just got back.

Actually it was a year ago tomorrow, but oh well. Today is the day!

Bear in mind that good marriages aren t counted in years but memories.

My Lovely wife and I have shared over 20 years and it still seems that it was yesterday.  Five kids, many vehicles, two houses ----ha!  We just discussed how time has flown as we approach another memorable moment.  BTW we are still on our Honeymoon.

Never forget that you are there for each other and it is 50/50.  I ve taken my turn with the diapers and sitting with the sick children, cooked the meals, cleaned the house and did the laundry. (Oh well, I do that now since I m the one at home.)

So, remember to share the good and the bad (and sharing means supporting each other as well).  Discuss your concerns (good and bad) with each other, plan together (nothing is accomplished when it is one sided), don t argue but talk rationally and if you disagree do so together.  For you are no longer individuals, but individuals as one.

Congratulation of reaching your first long term memory.  Didn t seem like a year did it?   May your memories be many and the Love you share continue to grow.
