Has anyone visited or know anything about Long Island Bridge Campground, Camp Iroquois, or Pinewoods on Moultonboro Neck Lake Winnipesaukee.
My DH and I have no children so we do prefer a quiet, wooded campground without the resort activities.  We would like to stay at a place that would have access to put our kayak in on the campground property. We have a small popup and do prefer to have water and electric.  We are trying to make our reservations at this point for the summer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

popupladyBeen to Pinewoods a couple years back, it is a nice little place, pretty quiet but I do not think they have anything for your kayak.  Also look into Harbor Hills in the same area.

GaryWTThanks so much for the information about Pinewoods campground.  But, isn t there anyone else out there who has vacationed in the Lakes Region.  I can t believe it.  Time is short and decisions have to be made.  Thanks to everyone.

popupladyPopuplady: I have never been to the campgrounds you asked about. But I m going to go out on limb, and mention this campground.  Yogi Bear the only reason I would suggested it, was beause there is this awesome river that flows behind it. Called the Pemigewasset River, and where said you like to Kayak. This may be of interset to you.

popupladyI had read some older posts on reviews about Lafayette SP in Franconia Notch. If I remember right the review was a good one. Don t know about the Kayack situation. My DH and I were talking about it ourselves. We also enjoy kayacking. You might want to check the web sight for it .
