I think they have the Designer 12F4 floor plan labeled incorrectly.  Shouldn t it be the 14F4?
 
 Floor plan is same as Eagle 14SO.  The 5.30 x 12 tire size would point to tandem axels like the 14SO.
 
 I agree with others in this thread that they need more interior photos.  At least its a start.

FYI, I sent Jayco an E-mail asking if the 12F4 floor plan was indeed mislabled on their website.  They replied that it indeed should be 14F4 and that they would be making a correction to the website soon.
